Shipments and returns

Shipping

Once you purchase you will receive an email with the delivery of the required goods.
All shipments will be made by courier, the charges amount to € 10.00 + VAT for Italy, and include the cost of packaging and postage, if the purchase amount is greater than € 50.00 excluding VAT.
The costs of packaging are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We advise you to group items in a single order.

The package will be dispatched at the customer's responsibility, but particular attention is to protect fragile objects, which will be properly packed.

Boxes are amply sized and items are well-protected.

Returns

We do not make returns, so, please be careful when you buy the goods, moreover, being the responsibility of the shipping charged to the customer, we are not responsible for damage to the goods duranto transport.
